Executive Coach

I had the pleasure of being trained by Nathan in preparation for a project working with neurodiverse young adults. The training was excellent and really gave me multiple insights into working with neurodiverse people, as well as what I may be experiencing as a dyslexic.

Very helpful descriptions, presented in an understandable way. Looking forward to putting these ideas into practice to make a more fulfilling work environment for the team

Charlie D.

I appreciated the honest reflection of feedback, and the balanced approach that didn’t just put all the responsibility on either individual.

Riley G.

Really helpful, clear and informative. Explained the process and tips for me as a manager in fostering open dialogue and creating a supportive environment. Really valuable!

Casey N.

Very positive. I will recommend to other [managers]. Nathan was easy to talk to and had a good understanding of the situation. I’m hopeful for the future with this member of staff.

Very helpful discussion on the issues that one of my team members is coping with. Very good suggestions for improvements and for further discussions that I could have with the team member. Excellent experience that will help me to help my team member, and I think will help me generally in being sensitive to members of my team.

Nathan delivered a series of sessions to me (and lots of other delegates). This was through a training programme delivered by Animas Centre for Learning – Neurodiversity – context and skills for effective practice.

There is a really nice expression that powerful communication is simple and generous to your audience. The way Nathan communicated and explored neurodiversity coaching was warm, engaging and human and made sense.

He brought to life coaching concepts in a way that has really stuck with me in my own coaching practice – for example his airplane analogy (ask him!) He also spoke with a lot of common sense about the boundaries of coaching and avoiding being purist in service to the client.

We can wear different hats at different times was something he said that still resonates a lot with me. These examples highlight why I rated his coaching training as so impactful. It was nearly a year ago I think but still his ideas and advice feel fresh and have stayed front and centre in my thinking about coaching. Thank you Nathan.
